At Mafson LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) under the terms below.
Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-cut or specially manufactured items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty or damaged).
- There is no restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs:
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Mafson LTD will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours.
- We may request photographs of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
